Speaker:
Victoria N. Stewart
Bank-free financing and interior re-design specialist
"Successful
investors buy at wholesale prices, rarely use banks,
and never use their own money or credit."
Victoria is an extremely talented investor and "interior re-design
specialist". She is well versed in various methods of controlling
properties without using bank loans, and gifted with an amazing
ability to instantly identify exactly what it takes to make any
room in the house more beautiful, more spacious, and more
appealing to potential buyers.
And
she definitely knows what buyers want. As the daughter of
prominent Missouri antiques and quilting entrepreneur Sallie Kirksey
Wahrenbrock, Victoria has been observing, learning, investing, and
improving real estate properties her entire life.
She
has more than 20 successful rehab projects under her belt, and
has raised two sons (now aged 26 and 23) who are also strong real
estate investors:

Victoria
served as a member of the pilot group for the Renaissance
of Independence organization, "fighting to preserve the historical
integrity of Independence, Missouri one home at a time". That
experience proved valuable in many ways.
Not
only did she acquire an in-depth knowledge of the architechtural
characteristics of colonial, victorian, arts & crafts, bungalow,
cottage,
and four-square home design, she also became aware of the many ways
people bought and financed real estate projects - other than using
traditional bank loans.
"I
learned there are lots of ways to get things accomplished",
she says.
"We were dealing with properties and projects that no bank
would touch.
But I was raised outside of a farm town with a population of 849
people.
'Can't' just isn't in my vocabulary. The truth is, bank-free real
estate
transactions are happening all around us, legally, honestly, and
ethically,
every day. All that's needed is the knowledge and the courage to
do
things differently than most of us have been taught".
In
addition to her real estate expertise, Victoria has expanded her
skill
set with over 20 years of work in the travel industry. She literally
"pulled
herself up by her own bootstraps", progressing from corporate
travel agent
to Vice President of Sales and Marketing with a major travel company.
This
allowed her to not only visit far-flung destinations around the
world, but also
enabled her to develop an international perspective and a nationwide
network
of strong business connections.
All
the while, however, she never forgot her midwestern values. She
has
remained active in many civic and volunteer organizations, and has
helped in the planning of many Chamber of Commerce events.
Through
her association with nationally renowned short sale and
foreclosure specialists, Victoria has helped thousands of investors
improve their lives across the country. She has managed a real estate
portfolio containing up to 80 properties at one time, and served
as a
licensed realtor in the state of Florida.
Victoria
Stewart has raised herself "from a small town farm girl, to
respected citizen and dinner guest of the governor". She now
uses her
travel industry experience to help organize the Dare to Double Your
Income nationwide seminar tour, helping working Americans discover
how to build wealth-based retirements.
