EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

Jeanette and the PMCS-ICAP staff would like to thank the Doubletree Hotel and Highland Forest Park for hosting our event on Tuesday and Wednesday September 29 and 30, respectively. The open forum sessions, lunch speaker, and delightful dinner reception at the Doubletree Hotel proved to be both productive and entertaining.  The picnic at Highland Forest Park brought closure to the training sessions. The day was capped off by relaxation, prizes, and delicious Upstate NY home cooking!

Enjoy the pictures we’ve provided:

1A. The Wheel of HUD Knowledge: Guests
won Claus Bucks by spinning the wheel and
answering HUD regulations questions - then
spent them purchasing Upstate of NY items
like Dinosaur Barbecue Sauce and NYS wines.

1B. Educational session participants discuss
HUD clarifications needed for EIV.

2A. Keynote luncheon speaker Renee
Downey-Hart was entertaining and
informative as she explained the benefits
of maintaining the personal touch in
business relationships (and unmasked
the mysteries of multi-tasking).

2B. Jed Graef smiles as he leads our
discussion of TRACS 202.C…. and the
upcoming 202.D…. and the potential
202.E….. PMCS staffer Becky Bush
and Mike Alexander are at the table
behind him.

3A. Max Stein, owner of Phylmac Realty
Consultants, and Jeanette Claus share
time together.

3B. PMCS staffers and guests enjoyed
getting dressed up for our special
awards dinner. Pictured, left to right,
are: Mary Guyder, Mary Lee, Becky Bush
and her fiancé Chris Murphy, Michelle
Cimino and her husband Alex.

4A. Adam Kraebel and Mike Alexander brave
the cold weather to shuck corn at our
“indoor picnic”.

4B. Inna Stavitsky, Dan Dulleba, Gustavo
Sapiurka, Mike Desmond and other
attendees “break the ice” by playing
“Get to Know You BINGO”.

5A. Jeanette Claus and her sister, PMCS
staff member Joan Mattice, share a special
moment at our awards dinner.

5B. PMCS Solutions Coordinator Matt Simon
serenaded us with his guitar at the
appreciation dinner.

6A. Special guests Mike Desmond, Jed Graef,
Dave O’Brien, Jenny Dyer and Janet
Wittenberg smile for the camera.

6B. Sarah Upchurch, Angie Waller, PMCS
Associate Director Bonnie Wilpon and Dan

7B. ICAP staffer Alica Ziebarth and
PMCS-Florida’s Shun Sarr enjoy the
fresh-cooked picnic fare.

8A. The great ideas continued to flow, into
Day 2 of the event. Shown here are Jenny
Dyer, Janet Wittenberg, Daria Jakubowski,
Angie Waller and Janel Ganim.

8B. And a great time was had by all at
our Celebration of Clients and
