The contributing party is entitled to receive the benefits of services explicitly expressed, if any, at the time the monetary contribution was rendered to CivilianBootCamp.com. The contributing party may be eligible to receive benefits from tax dedutions based on the total amount of the contribution and the governing tax rules issued by the IRS and state of residence for the contributing party by treating the contribution as an advertising expense justifiable by the nature of the services rendered from CivilianBootCamp.com. The contributing party also understands they are not eligible to receive tax benefits for their contribution(s) based on the rules and regulations of the IRS regarding chartiable donations as CivilianBootCamp.com operates as a for-profit enterprise.

Limit on Liability

CivilianBootCamp.com acts only as a venue for employers to hire veterans, veteran supporters to contribute monetary means to various veteran related programs, veterans to transition from the military effectively, advertise companies and individuals supporting veterans, execute online courses for veterans and does not screen or censor the participating companies or individuals.
